Upgrade StorageZotero Not Working in Google Docs

Earlier today Zotero kept getting stuck "updating."
After restarting Chrome, Zotero, and my computer, it no longer does anything when I click on the add citations button...
I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the chrome extension, to no avail...

If it still happens, does it happen in a new document as well as an existing one? Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero (not the Zotero Connector) for the first time clicking the Add/Edit Citation button after restarting Chrome and Zotero?
