Function error：Cannot read literature online

I want to view the literature online, but I cannot open it. What is the problem? Or is it a browser problem? Please advise

    I want to read literature online. Right click "online reading" on the item I selected, and the browser cannot jump to the web page. So I don't know whether there is a problem with Zotero or the browser. Looking forward to your answer.

    Does the browser display a URL and just not load it, or does this never make it to the browser best you can tell? Also, which operating system?

    In fact, there is an interesting phenomenon. When my Chrome browser is not running, right-click the selected item "online reading" to jump to the literature page. When my Chrome browser has loaded some web pages, "online reading" will not be realized, which is very strange. I have to turn off all web pages so that I can "read online". My operating system is window 10.

    That sounds like a problem on your computer outside of Zotero, so I'm afraid we can't help with that. Zotero simply loads the URL via the OS.
