Problem with Word plugin

    I have the same issue with the same warning. I am on a PC with windows 10, word, i am not sure the exact version. when i go into properties, it has 18.xxxx.xxxx I can't believe that microsoft is on word 18. It may be office 13 because it is similar to my work office.
    but it worked for a little while. i left it, had the computer off, when i went back to the same document, zoltera did not work with the same window warning as above. don't know what to do. can anyone help?
