Issue on the black bar when clicking mouse right button with Zotero Beta Windows

Hi. I'm a new user of Zotero. My error report ID is 1002387322. The issue is that each time I clicked the mouse right button (no matter whether the mouse arrow is on the setting panel or items ), some of these option bars turn black bars. I reinstalled the clients but the problem remains. P.S. I am currently using Zotero Beta and my windows system version is 11.

Can you take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?

This sounds like an issue with your graphics driver. What computer is this?

If you go to the Config Editor in the Advanced pane of the prefs, set layers.acceleration.disabled pref to true, and restart Zotero, does it go away?

(And you didn't say what computer this is.)

OK, you reset that setting, and then you should see if there are graphics driver updates for your computer.

Go to the Nvidia control panel and look for any application compatibility settings. Zotero is based on Firefox, so you should set it to use whatever settings apply to Firefox.

I tried this solution. In my Nvidia control panel, there is only 3D settings, no so-called settings about changing application compatibility for Zotero. And again, the problem remains.

The issue started recently. Last month when I first time tried the Zotero beta client, it worked well.

It's not a change in Zotero, which hasn't changed in any way relevant to this in years. You'll need to debug this with Nvidia.
