I have had problems with the Chrome extension ever since downloading it, it only works intermittently. When I click insert/edit citation I either get a constant "Zotero is updating your document. Please wait..." message or a constant loading bar on the "Quick Format Citation" window. I have tried removing other non-essential extensions and deleting and re-installing the Zotero extension. Working in Google docs is essential for collaborations, but if I cannot use my reference manager within it, I will have to switch to a different one - not ideal! Can anybody help?
