Word Add-in Installation Error

Hi. I have a problem when installing the word add-ins. There are no Microsoft Word add-in or LibreOffice Add-in present in my Cite-Word Processors

Where did you install Zotero from? You should reinstall it by downloading from zotero.org/download . Where is Zotero installed at? You should install it in the default Program Files location.
