I can't find that either. am using macOS Monterey 12.0.1.
word version 16.54 (21101001)

what I meant was that I couldn't find the 'Report ID'. so I provided the info I could find. can you help me or advise by using the above information?

hey! I just re-installed Zotero, restarted the mac and started on a whole new document and it worked. thank you for trying
