Citation dialog in doesn't show items in library

    I am having issues with Zotero in Google Docs. I clicked "Add/edit citation" and "Zotero is updating your document showed up first, and now, the red text box doesn't pick up citations from my library either on word-offline or googledocs online. Anyway i can troubleshoot this soon?

    Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread.

    The citation dialog will show items from the Zotero library on your computer. If you're not seeing that, can you take a couple screenshots that show the problem, upload them somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?
