Hello, I am working with a large document with hundreds of citations in Word for Mac. If I try to add a citation, the progress bar gets stuck at only adds the word citation in brackets in the document. Even after waiting for a long time, I had to force quit Zotero. After multiple tries, nothing has worked (I have unticked automatic updates).
