dstillman@sunicyosen: There's a new squiggle icon in the PDF reader toolbar, next to the other annotation tools. Make sure you're running build 158 or later.

dstillmanAre you looking at a PDF in your personal library or a group library? Annotation isn't yet enabled for group libraries, but that doesn't have anything to do with the new inking support.
