Zotero fails to load citations, when transferring citations from Microsoft word to Google.
When choosing refresh in google doc, I receive the error. "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions"
When choosing "switch word processors" in google doc, I receive the error. "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions"

Using a window machine
I notice that Zotero (standalone) does fail (close) when converting the document in Word. When I choose to switch word processors, Zotero closes before the document completes. I'm guessing this is the issue. However, I have tried unsuccessfully 8+ times to convert the document without Zotero closing. The app always closes. The citations can be converted back even though this is failing.

1. Does Zotero close when running the switch word processors command in Word? Does it happen for every document?
2. Are you saying that after Zotero crashing/closing you can convert that document back in Word, but not with Google Docs?
