Syncing does not work

I created a Zotero Account and entering credentials in the section "sync" in the preferences. But I see the message "your name and password does not accepted by Zotero Server". What I do wrong? I enter the same password as in Web account

You put in the wrong username or password.

If you can't figure it out, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error. (Your password won't be logged.)
