overwritten .sqlite file

I updated my mac to big sur os and when I first open zotero I got an empty library. So I go to my local directory and the .sqlite file says that it has been created the moment I opened the app. How can I recover my old file?

I didn't have an account and my last manual backup is from two weeks ago...

    An empty library usually happens when someone accidentally deletes their Zotero data while trying to clear disk space using some external tool — e.g., the built-in macOS disk-cleaning tool.

    See Locating Missing Zotero Data. Assuming you deleted the files by mistake, your only option would be to restore from a backup.
