Upgrade StoragePublic collections: Can I add the feed to my Zotero library?

I've received the URL to a public collection from someone else's library. It's useful and relevant and I'd like to follow the collection. I see a "subscribe to feed" button, which downloads a file that doesn't appear to be OPML. And I can't grab the URL to this file to see if it can be imported as an RSS Feed. This might be a support request.
But actually, it would be most useful if I could add it to my Zotero library, such that it appears in my Web Library and in the Zotero app. This might be a new feature request.

I'm having the same problem. Is it possible that the group doesn't allow subscription?
