Group Deletion

Group=>Manage Profile=>Delete Group

Does not delete any of the groups I am the owner of.

This prompt is returned:

"Oops! We had a little trouble getting that page for you. Please try again in a minute or two. Our apologies for the inconvenience."


and I notice the group is retained.

    I ran an SQL deleting all records in groups, delinked sync'ing before reimporting, but did not make a difference because as soon as I turn sync'ing back on the groups re-appear. They seem to be intransigent.

    I guess after deleting using SQL, I can merely link to a new online account?

    Don't make SQL changes to your Zotero database unless you understand exactly how the code works. What you did makes no sense.

    We're aware of the problem with deleting some groups and hope to have a fix soon.

    @Franzgv: You delete a group from the group settings online — it says exactly how above.
