Synchronization not working

Hello,
The synchronization of My library in zotero.org is no more working. I have modify my library in the application Zotero on my computer and I can't find the reference in Zotero.org.
What do I have to do?

Thank you for your mail. It is now working, but I have to do give the instruction to syncrnize manually in Zotero
