Zotero IOS beta cannot upload attachment

When I add a PDF file from iPad's file system to an item in Zotero iOS beta, it starts sync but after showing “ uploading attachment”, a sync error says:
“Error
Failed API response: No response”

    Can you update to the latest version from TestFlight, if you haven't yet received it automatically, and, if you're still getting an error, provide a Debug ID for a sync that triggers it?
