RSS Feed Format Not Being Accepted

I'm trying to add this link as an RSS feed

http://feeds.nature.com/natbiomedeng/rss/current

But the save button is greyed out. I've also tried other RSS feeds with no success. Any advice?

That's working for me.

If it's still not working for you, can we see a Debug ID for an attempt to add it that fails?
