2050039167 My references dissapear

I was making my references for Vancouver when started error. I close my aotero and open again. When I did that, my references dissapeared. I don't know what to do. Help

    If you restart your computer, does it still happen?

    If so, close Zotero, go to your Zotero profile directory, move prefs.js to a temporary folder on your desktop, and restart Zotero. Does it still happen?
