reference style not found - can a new one be created?

Hello,

Is there any way to know what reference style is requested by a publisher when they do not specifically mention it? I have the examples from below, looked around in the styles of Zotero, the most appropriate seems Elsevier numeric, with titles, but it still differs on some aspects.
If the below do not fit in any style offered by Zotero, is it possible to create a new one?
Thank you!
