My sync has been going for days, and none of my changes are being saved to shared library

The sync arrow has been spinning on one of my computers for several days now. I haven't uploaded anything new to this computer, I only have made changes to the documents in terms of adding notes/tags, etc. I need to work on another device and I am not sure how to get all my changes to save. I tried to reset file sync history, but unfortunately it said "a sync operation is already in progress. Please wait until it is finished and try again." When I try to manually stop the sync, it does not stop.

Are you still seeing this? If so, can you provide a Debug ID for a longer period of syncing? That shows syncing happening, but nothing actually having gone wrong at the time you submitted it — just a sync operation in progress.
