Zotero Connector only saving as web page -- grayed-out

So I have the gray document icon showing in my extension. However, if I right-click on the page I want to save, I get an option there to save embedded metadata. Any idea for a fix to the browser connector? I went through the troubleshooting page and I think I tried everything there except deleting all of my other extensions. Error messages below.

Thanks,
Nan

  • Does trying everything include resetting translators? The "missing property 'translator ID'" error sound like something that would fix.
  • I did click on the reset translator button. Nothing visible happened, so I'm not sure if anything reset or not.

You'll need to follow all the troubleshooting steps through to the end.

The steps call for disabling other extensions as a troubleshooting step, not uninstalling them.

Nothing visible happens you click Reset Translators, but you'd need to reload a page afterwards to test it.
  • Resetting the translators on the Chrome extension, then reloading the page, seemed to do the trick. Thanks!
