Upgrade StorageZotero Beta Extract Highlights
I am having some trouble with extracting annotations/highlights from Zotero.
Any highlights done in an external PDF editor like Acrobat works well.
However highlights done internally via the preview only show in the left pane but cannot be "extracted". When the I attempt extraction only those highlights done externally are printed.
Is there anything I am doing wrong? I am using the latest Beta version and Zotfile installed.

andalsI am having the same issue. In a document, I have highlights added by both Preview and Zotero. Only the preview highlights are picked up by Zotfile.

dstillmanedited August 19, 2021@ashvis and @andals: ZotFile won't extract highlights created by Zotero. Zotero has its own functionality to add PDF highlights to notes. There's no need to use ZotFile's PDF functionality if you're using the Zotero PDF reader.
