Sharing the same library as both private and public

Is there an easy way to share the same library with both a closed group (i.e. with attachments) and as public (without attachments) or do you have to create two separate groups? Thanks, Paul

    If you make the group Public, Closed (requires members to apply or be invited) and make the library public, then non-members will be able to view the library but will not have access to attachments. Non-members never have access to attached files in public Zotero libraries.
