Hello,
I need the actual citation style of "journal of cataract and refractive surgery" with all authors. In the repository, this citation stlyle is outdated (2013)

Can you please link to the current citation guidelines?

All authors (without "et al"). Title. Journal. Year;volume:pages

The style we have for Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery is a dependent style that points to the AMA style.
We have a no-et-al version on the repository you can use and I'll change the linkage.
