Shared files not opening

Hi,

I am the owner of a shared library and I have unlimited storage. I have added files to the shared library, and though I can open them fine from the desktop Zotero and from the library in browser (so they are definitely stored in the shared library), one of my team is getting error messages when he tries to open the file from his desktop Zotero.

I've asked him to check if he can open from the library in browser, but is there any reason why it wouldn't be opening on his end?
