Upgrade StorageProblems with Synchronization are Continuing

This is getting very tedious. I have not heard back from my previous report on this issue. It has happened maybe 5 more times in the last 8 times I have tried to sync Zotero.
We are getting Guaranteed, Deterministic Failures, trying to sync one Mac with another. I am now on my 30+ recovery of having to replace the entire collection from the server back on the client machine.
We would appreciate some kind of indication, please, on when this problem is going to be addressed.
