I have been facing an issue since I started to export consequential references to Zotero. Every time I tried to export multiple references, the following message appears:

"Thanks for accessing Scopus. You have been momentarily denied access to the site because your usage has increased beyond our threshold. Please lower your usage and return in 20 minutes* to continue using the product. If after 20 minutes, you still cannot access our system, please contact us on the Scopus Support Hub at https://service.elsevier.com/app/contact/supporthub/scopus/ and choose the Contact Reason: Access."

Has anyone faced this issue? What can I really do to solve it? I tried to contact the technical service, but I have yet to get an answer.
