I can't upgrade my storage

I have been trying to update my storage but zotero keeps on returning this error.
"Error updating subscription. Please try again in a few minutes."

I've already tried waiting and trying again with a different card. But the error keeps popping after I entered my details. What should I do?

    If this is not a temporary issue that resolves itself, it's generally an issue with the bank not processing the payment. You can email storage@zotero.org to get more details.
