Upgrade StorageCitation issue on new version of word
I have 23 citations on zotero and am attempting to insert them into an existing file. However only specific citation is working and when I try to add a different one I get an error message. I have already tried copy and pasting to a new file. All of my citations with downloaded in RIS format. Please help!!

ADDIN ZOTERO_TEMP, and completely deleting the highlighted citation, and then toggling field codes back. If there are other occurrences of that in your document, you'd want to delete those too.
