Exporting bibliography with full directory path for link to file

Currently I keep my pdf files outside the zotero folder, I have a file storage system I like and I don't want to change it. However I am hoping to do most of my reading on my new Irex Illiad ;). So to help me to decide what to read, I'd like to be able to print out citations, keywords and all attached notes and links in one go.

Bibliography exports don't print out even the names of the attached files.
The "generate report" feature prints out the name of the file and notes, but not it's location (including directory path) which is what I would need to help me to find the file.

So please please pretty please could you generate some kind of report that also prints out the full path for attached pdf files?

Thanks,
dk
  • The directory tree and naming of attached files is arcane enough that I will never be able to make sense of these files outside of Zotero's interface. If I care to work with other programs, or write any programs myself to organize files or data, then I need some way of knowing which file is related to which citation. I think this function is absolutely critical.

    thank you!
    cheers,
