Upgrade StorageProblem with word plug in

Hello,
I have problem installing Microsoft word add-in.
Each time it will tell me to ensure word is closed than restart Zotero.
When i do so or even when i follow https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting, it doesn't work.
Can someone please help me connect zotero to word in windows 10 ?

dstillman Zotero TeamSecurity software or file permissions (probably the former) on the computer may be preventing Zotero from installing the Word plugin. Ideally you would fix that, but in lieu of that you'd need to follow the manual installation instructions.
