I am attempting to conduct a systematic reveiw. I had no issues downloading my articles from Web of Science, however, when I attempt to download from PsychINFO and PubMed, I am regularly presented with the following message:

"An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."

The page is fully loaded. Zotero is open. I have deleted and reloaded my Chrome translator, which was one week old to begin with. My browser is up to date. I am using Zotero 5.0. The only known EBSCO translator issue is "Doesn't save to "My Folder"", which it is not. I have no other extensions.

I cannot get a debug ID.

It says saving to "LOC SystRev PsychINFO" when I try to save.

It is an EBSCO translator.
