Error in importing

An error occurred while trying to import the file. Please ensure that the file is valid and try again

I get the above error while importing the pubmed file
please help me

    Check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. If no errors are found, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an import attempt that triggers the error?
