For some reason when I add 'edit/add bibliography' only the bibliography comes up, it still can't be seen on the document

dstillman Zotero Teamedited June 2, 2021I'm not sure what you mean by "only the bibliography comes up", but note that Add/Edit Citation and Add/Edit Bibliography work differently. If there's already a bibliography in the document, it will open the Edit Bibliography window, not insert a new bibliography at the cursor position. So if you're getting the Edit Bibliography window, there's already a bibliography in your document. If you don't see it, you can toggle Word field codes and search for "ZOTERO_BIBL" to find it and delete, and then add a new bibliography at the end of the document.
