Upgrade StorageCan't add any citations in Word (MacOS 10.15.7)

I have completed all steps at https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents and I still encounter the same error. Clicking the 'add/edit citation' button in Microsoft Word (16.49) triggers an error message in Zotero (5.0.96.2), whether with a blank new document or some preexisting text.
The error popup reads: Zotero Integration Error
Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?
This then leads to the Troubleshooting page linked above.

adomasvenGo into Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors and reinstall the plugin, then restart Word. You must have downgraded from the Zotero beta which is why this is happening.

Rehab AbdelhamidI have the same problem. I tried these steps Go into Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors and reinstall the plugin, then restart Word, I can not find zotero word processor. I am on mac OS catalina. and office 365 16.49
