Keep language but avoid et al. translation

I am using the ASA style in Danish, but am required to reference multiple authors as "et al." and not it's Danish equivalent "m.fl.". Is there any way to translate just the "et al." part of the style, but keep everything else Danish?

You'd have to modify the style, adding

  <locale xml:lang="da">
    <terms>
      <term name="et-al">et al.</term>
    </terms>
  </locale>

right after </info>
