New tabbed interface absorbing screen real estate
Suggestion: make the tabbed interface more compact or have it disappear when not PDFs are open.
Information density is important to me in Zotero, and it has made me disable the PDF reader feature, as the tabs at the top take up a lot of screen real estate. They remove two lines of references from the center panel, and they let you see fewer reference details in the right panel. Is it possible to make the tabs a little more compact? Or, maybe even better, to make them disappear when there is no PDF open?

dstillmanThe latest beta hides the tab bar on Windows and Linux when there's only one tab.
