ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when inviting people joining my private group

Hi, I invited a couple of my friend to join my private group.
However, the browser shows ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS this error message when they click the link in the email.
They tried clearing the cookie, using a different browser, but none of these helps.
Does anyone know what is going on please?

    Can anyone help on this issue please? I cannot have my friends join my private group which makes my purchased extra storage spaces useless.

    Do you know if the links in their mail are going through any kind of redirect service as institutions often add?
    I don't think we've had any other reports of this happening generally, and it looks like a couple of users have been able to successfully join your group.
    The links we send should go directly to zotero.org.

    Are they in a system that uses Sophos? If so their tech support people can easily fix this.

    @fcheslack, Thank you for the reply. I don't think the link goes through any redirect service.

    I used to add another email of mine and one of my friend successfully. But I could add any other friends ever since. It keeps give me this too many redirect error. I have tried with 5 friends with different computer setup, none of them work.

    I don't think so. They all use their personal PC and even the mobile phone didn't work. I don't know what is the problem here.
