When I attempt to save from Chrome to my collection, it returns, saved to zotero.org

I'm not sure what you mean here. Can you say more about what exactly you're doing, what's happening, and what you're expecting?

I reloaded the Chrome extension and it is working now. Thank you, I'm a beginner.
