Can't get Add/Edit Citation button to work

    D456253377 this is my debug ID. I do not know how to get the add citation tab to work. If its because of the privacy & cookie setting in my computer, please tell me how to change the setting to allow zotero to work in MS word

    We'd need you to say more. What exactly is the problem you're experiencing, and what have you tried?

    If you're not seeing the Zotero tab in the Word ribbon at all, see Zotero Toolbar Doesn't Appear.

    This doesn't have anything to do with privacy or cookie settings.
