I've never been able to save PDF's with the Zotero connector on Chrome. I have a mac. Everytime I try to click the icon and save, this message shows up: "This item could not be saved because Zotero is not open or is unreachable. Please open Zotero and try again."

is there any way to save PDFs?? This has been driving me nuts.

Do you have Zotero open?
