how do I arrange my bibliography in the same order as mentioned in the document? it is coming alphabetically
and also the edited references are showing on top, not even alphabetically.

What editor are you using to write? Zotero has no control over the display order of the bibliography.
If you using biblatex, use \bibliographystyle{unsrt}. See: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/250079/bibtex-do-not-sort-authors

What citation style are you using?
It can be adjusted.

Earlier I was using Chicago then I read this problem gets sorted in Vancouver. But both the citation didn't work for my problem

Have a read at this and check your citations are actually still active: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected

Then try a numeric style like IEEE that inserts citations numerically by occurance and also then sorts the bib accordingly.
