Cannot add citations in Google Docs

    I downloaded the 5.0.85 version but I still cannot add citations. I use Google Chrome Versión 90.0.4430.93 (Build oficial) (64 bits). The message said:
    "Zotero
    Zotero experienced an error updating his document.
    Would you like to see the troubleshooting instructions?"

    @Karen_Ibarra_Gutierrez: Can you provide a Report ID from Zotero after this occurs?

    There are no errors in there. Can you try again? Make sure you generate the Report ID after triggering the error and before restarting Zotero.

    A Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for the operation may also be more helpful.
