Green arrow keeps spinning sync

I have 3 items less in my online library compared to by desktop zotero library. The green sync arrow is spinning endlessly

This is the fault ID 1044740249

what can I do to resolve the issue?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Zotero startup through a minute of syncing, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled" option?
