How to clean up 8 digits random strings folder in storage folder?

The 8 digits random strings folder should be removed if the trash is empty after the Zotfile is installed, however some folders remains in the storage folder,  there is only one file named as .zotero-ft-cache in the folders,  sometimes there is  another file named as .zotero-ft-info. Is there a solution to remove these folders and keep the 'normal' ones which maybe include real attachments?

    Those files are used to sync full text content so that full text search is available via API and across synced devices. They should be there and generally you should just not try to do anything with/in the storage folder.
