My sync does not stop

After having loaded many files together in my Zotero, my sync does not end. The duration is obviously not normal. How can I find if there is any corrupted file ? How can I diagnose the problem ? Do I have to reset the file syncing history ? Many thanks in advance

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of a sync that doesn't stop, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    That's not stuck — you just added a 1.5 GB file to your library, which depending on your connection could take a very long time to upload.

    If you didn't mean to add that file, search for JVCCHQG5 in the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode, delete the attachment, and empty the trash.
