Upgrade StorageZotero tab not appearing in Word. Exception "fn is undefined"

After the last Zotero update, I do not see the Zotero tab in Word, also not in the menu. I'm using Word for Mac.
Both Word and Zotero are updated to last versions: MS Word (16.47), Zotero (5.0.91.1)
Account storage is at 10%.
When I navigate to Tools > Add-ons I can see the "Zotero Word for Mac Integration" (version 5.0.36.SA.5.0.96.1) which was updated last March 7, 2021. Auto-updates are set to automatically.
Disabling and Enabling this Add-on does not fix the issue.
I also tried to Install again the Microsoft Word Add-in from Zotero > Preferences > Cite > Word Processors > Install Microsoft Word Add-in. After a second I get the following exception:
Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.

Is this a new M1 Mac or an older one?
The MacBook Pro is from 2018.
I followed the instructions but I see a Zotero.dot, instead of a Zotero.dotm in /Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/Resources/extensions/zoteroMacWordIntegration@zotero.org/install . Copying it in the Word folder did not solve the issue.
I downloaded the Zotero.dotm as instructed in the Windows installation, however I switched to the zotero-word-for-mac-integration repository instead (link: https://github.com/zotero/zotero-word-for-mac-integration/blob/master/install/Zotero.dotm), and copied it to the folder specified in the Mac instructions. This, so far, seems to fix it.
This link would be useful also in the Mac instructions, just as there is the respective one for Windows.
