Upgrade StoragePDF Outline Non-hierarchical

The outline of the pdf in the left sidebar of the reader has section and subsection titles, but is not indented / has no marking of what is a section / subsection / subsubsection.
This makes it difficult to browse through the pdf. A quick fix would be to add section numbers to the section titles so that users can visually see the numbers.
Even better would be to have indentation based on the heading level, and the best would be to be able to fold and unfold different levels. This would help immensely when working with large pdfs (e.g. a textbook).
