Upgrade StorageStyle Request: Journal of Comparative Neurology

I was wondering if anyone could help with providing a Zotero citation style for The Journal of Comparative Neurology.
Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide to help with the process.

Similar style:
The bibliographic style that I am requesting looks very similar to the style for the American Journal of Physical Anthropology.
Differences from similar style:
The Journal of Comparative Neurology has the following differences:
1) There are no periods after the abbreviations of the journal name in the citation
2) There is no “and” before the last author in the list
All of the other aspects of the citations for both journal articles and books appear to be the same.

Kuroda M, Price JL. 1991a. Synaptic organization of projections from basal forebrain structures to the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus of the rat. J Comp Neurol 303:513–533.

Abbreviations of journal names should conform to Index Medicus.

Please give me feedback here if everything is as it should be and I'll upload the style to the repository.
As for Journal abbreviations: Currently, Zotero just takes whatever is in the Journal Abbr. field. With the implementation of a new csl processor, it will be possible to select between periods and no periods.
In the long-term there will be some type of solution to deal with different Journal abbreviation (lists), but since there is not even agreement on how to implement that, this will take some time.
Thank you for doing this so quickly. It seems to work fine except for one issue. For citationswithin the text the comma after et al. seems to be included for some references but not for others. I don't know if this is an issue with the CSL file or if it just has to do with how the reference information was originally downloaded from the different journals' websites.
